Privacy Policy

The Company is concerned and committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy of all of its Users and has published this privacy policy statement (the “Privacy Policy” or “PP”) to familiarize You with the manner in which the Company collects, stores, uses, discloses, alters, and/or deletes Your personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected during your usage of the FabFunnel Services.

Any capitalised terms used but not defined in this PP shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Terms and Conditions given above.

The purpose of this PP is to ensure that:

• (i)You are aware of and have complete control over what Customer Data you provide to the Company, and how the same is and will be used by the Company.
• (ii)You are at all times aware of the rights available to you with respect to your Customer Data.
• (iii)The information provided by you is processed, stored, and used in accordance with the applicable laws, including with respect to maintaining appropriate data protection and privacy infrastructure.

We have already specified (under points 4 and 5 of the ToS) the kind of Customer Data (PII and otherwise) that we require, collect, access, and store during the period of account creation and thereafter during your usage of the FabFunnel Services.

Both You and your End-Users (through you) have the right, at any time, to choose not to provide us with any of this information and to ask us to delete the same, if required. However, doing so may result in the subsequent suspension/hampering of all or a part of the FabFunnel Services.

All the information that we collect from You during your usage of FabFunnel is stored on third-party servers, located in the United States of America. We access the information on the cloud. Our third-party service provider uses globally accepted standards for ensuring and maintaining the protection, security, confidentiality, and privacy of all data on its servers.

We work hard to protect You from unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of any Customer Data we hold. We have implemented globally accepted standards and procedures including:

• (i)The encryption of all data (both Customer Data and FabFunnel Content) using secure server software, which is among the best software available today for secure transactions.
• (ii)The pseudonymization of all data collected by us, by ensuring that all PII is kept/stored separately from all remaining information, so the remaining data cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person, unless actively merged or joined with the PII.
• (iii)The constant review of our information collection, storage and processing practices, including this ToS, PP, and the physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
• (iv)The constant upgradation and/or alteration of our policies as may be necessary to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, protection, privacy, security, and accessibility of all data and systems.
• (v)Limiting the disclosure of PII to Our employees, independent contractors including vendors, affiliates, consultants, business associates, service providers and distributors, only on a “need-to-know” basis, and only if the disclosure will enable that person/entity to provide Us with business, professional, or technical support or fulfil Your request and requirements under the services.

In addition to any third-party service providers who, subject to your prior consent, we may share some or all parts of the Customer Data with, we may disclose any information provided by You on the Platform as may be deemed necessary or appropriate:

• (a)Under applicable law, including laws outside Your country of residence
• (b)To comply with legal process
• (c)To respond to requests from public and government authorities including those outside Your country of residence
• (d)To enforce Our Terms of Use
• (e)To allow Us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that We may sustain

The Service may include features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. Additionally, the Service may utilize information from third-party APIs, including, but not limited to: Google’s API and Facebook’s API. Any data you provide on third-party websites or services is directly shared with the operators of those services and is subject to their respective privacy and security policies.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security policies of these third-party sites or services. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the privacy and security policies of these third parties before sharing any information with them.

Once you start using the FabFunnel Services, both you and your End-Users (together the “Data Subjects”) shall have the below mentioned rights. If any of your End-Users wish to exercise the below rights, it will be your responsibility to receive the relevant written request from them, and then communicate/transfer the same to us:

• (i)Delete/erase all PII (or all data) pertaining to a Data Subject that we may have on our systems. This provision will not apply to any data or PII that we may need to retain pursuant to any applicable law or request/requirement of a public/government body.
• (ii)Rectify, modify, or alter any of the PII or other data pertaining to a Data Subject, if you have identified any mistake, error or inaccuracy in the same.
• (iii)Restrict or limit the manner and ways in which a particular Data Subject’s information/data is processed or used by us.
• (iv)Export and receive a copy of all his/her data, including the PII, that we may have on our servers, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements or other factors. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify You — for example, by email or through a notice on the Platform — before they take effect.

Your continued use of the FabFunnel Services after any such update constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage You to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.

You retain control over your Customer Data and the communications you receive from us. You may opt out of non-essential and marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by adjusting your account preferences.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing consent or opting out of certain data uses may limit or prevent your access to some or all of the FabFunnel Services.

This Privacy Policy is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the FabFunnel Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on this Privacy Policy or from any unauthorized access to or use of Customer Data that occurs despite our reasonable security measures.

FabFunnel collects and stores the minimum Slack workspace data needed to provide the Slack integration. This includes Slack workspace identifiers, workspace names, channel identifiers selected for notifications, installing-user identifiers, app authorization tokens, and notification configuration settings. We use this data to authenticate the Slack integration, deliver the FabFunnel notifications You configure, and maintain Your notification preferences.

We retain personal data and Slack integration data for as long as Your FabFunnel account or workspace integration remains active, or as otherwise needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. If You remove the FabFunnel Slack app, disconnect a Slack workspace, close Your FabFunnel account, or submit a verified deletion request, we will securely delete or permanently anonymize all associated personal data and Slack integration data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Note: Account and data deletion requests must be submitted by the account owner or an authorized workspace administrator and are subject to identity verification before processing.
