Refund Policy
How free trials, cancellations and refunds work for FabFunnel plans and credits. Effective date: October 13, 2026.
Overview
FabFunnel helps performance teams research competitor ads, create image and video ads, and launch, automate and report on campaigns across Meta, TikTok and NewsBreak. We stand behind the product and want you to buy with confidence.
This Refund Policy explains how free trials, cancellations and refunds work for FabFunnel plans and credit purchases. Please read it before you subscribe.
Plans this policy covers
- Growth plans (Starter and Pro), billed monthly or annually.
- FAB AI plans, billed monthly or annually.
- Credit top-ups.
Enterprise plans follow the terms of your Enterprise agreement wherever they differ from this policy.
Free trials
Growth Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start. You are not charged during the trial, and your first payment is taken on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged, so no refund is needed.
FAB AI plans do not include a free trial. For FAB AI, refund windows start from your first payment.
Refund eligibility
FabFunnel does not offer satisfaction-based refunds. The free trial is the way to evaluate the platform before you pay. Payments are non-refundable once charged, for monthly and annual plans alike, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Canceling during the trial
You can cancel at any time before your 7-day free trial ends from your account. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged, so no refund is needed.
Where the law requires a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, email support@fabfunnel.com. Any refund that is due is issued to your original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.
Canceling after billing starts
If you cancel after your first charge:
- No refund is issued, except where required by law.
- Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, including any plan credits left for that period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. No refund is issued for the price difference.
Credits
- Plan credits come with your plan and reset every month, including on annual plans. Unused plan credits do not roll over.
- Top-up credits are one-time purchases on top of your plan. They do not expire while your account is active.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Unused plan and top-up credits are forfeited when your account is closed.
Non-refundable items
Except where required by law, the following are non-refundable:
- All subscription payments, including first payments, renewals, prorated upgrade charges and re-subscriptions.
- Credit top-ups, whether used or not.
- Custom services, onboarding assistance or consulting engagements provided by FabFunnel.
- Enterprise fees, unless your Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us at support@fabfunnel.com before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to subscribe again. We are committed to resolving every concern fairly and promptly.
Changes to this policy
FabFunnel may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy. Changes do not affect refund requests made before the update.
