A full launch day, now done before the coffee’s cold.

PearMedia’s growth ran on launching at volume. The problem wasn’t ambition – it was the setup. Every launch meant moving between four or five separate tools, by hand, before a single campaign went live. They moved the whole workflow onto FabFunnel and turned a day of launch work into a single sitting on one dashboard.

The Challenge

PearMedia knew how to scale paid campaigns. What slowed them down was the path to getting a campaign live. Research sat in one tool. Creative was built and stored in another. Setup happened inside each ad manager. Reporting came from somewhere else again. Nothing talked to anything, so the team spent its hours stitching systems together instead of buying media.

The cost wasn’t only time. Every hand-off between tools was a place to lose a creative, mislabel a campaign, or break a naming convention – and every fix pulled a buyer off the work that actually moved performance.

“We used to launch only 20 campaigns in a day. Now we launch them in 20 minutes.”

— Rachit Madan, PearMedia LLC

The Build

PearMedia consolidated the entire launch workflow inside FabFunnel. Creatives live in the Creative Library and launch straight from it, in bulk, across accounts. Campaigns push to Meta, TikTok, and NewsBreak from one screen. Reporting pulls every connected account into a single view. The seams between tools – and the manual work that lived in them – disappeared.

Features used: Bulk Campaign Launcher, Creative Library, Multi Ad Account Reporting, Automation

Before

  • Research in one tool, creative in another
  • Campaigns built by hand in each ad manager
  • Reporting pulled separately, per account
  • A hand-off at every step

After

  • Creatives launched straight from the library
  • Bulk launches across accounts and platforms
  • One reporting view across everything
  • No juggling, no copy-paste between systems

“We have all the tools in one dashboard. We don’t have to juggle between four or five different tools anymore.”

— Rachit Madan, PearMedia LLC

The Outcome

With the workflow on one platform, the work that used to fill a launch day now runs in a single short session. The point isn’t only speed. Collapsing four or five tools into one gave the team back the hours it was spending on the seams between systems – and put them back into the decisions that move performance.

PearMedia didn’t add headcount to launch more. They removed the friction that was holding back the team they already had.
